At Photopia we offer a first class service, Therefore our delivery service should reflect that. We have tried to find a balance between a premium service, which still keeps costs as low as possible. We have chosen a service which will benefit our customers by delivering their orders on time and undamaged, while still offering value for money.

UK CUSTOMERS
When you order one of our images there are three different services that we offer. If you order prints only, they are delivered via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and are packaged in hard cardboard tubes. This service offers more reliability and peace of mind than standard post. A signature is required by the customer receiving the Package. This increases security for both our customers and ourselfves, and also allows us to track the item if there are any problems during delivery. When we send framed prints we want then to arrive quickly and in perfect condition, so they are sent via our courier service. We feel that this is much more reliable and quicker than the standard Royal Mail parcel service. All packages are bubble wrapped and boxed insuring that there will be no damage. This service is more costly than standard delivery, but it is in our customers interest that the items arrive safely and quickly.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
When ordering from outside the UK all items are delivered via our international courier. A signature is required by the customer receiving the Package. This increases security for both our customers and ourselfves, and also allows us to track the item if there are any problems during delivery. We feel that this is much more reliable and quicker than the standard Royal Mail parcel service. All packages are bubble wrapped and boxed insuring that there will be no damage. This service is more costly than standard delivery, but it is in our customers interest that the items arrive safely and quickly.
